Sweet Occasions has Cash App! Send payments with no fees to $soccasions on Cash App. It takes up to 3 days for payments to process. Please, make any installment or deposit payments at least three days before your scheduled due date.

1.   Simply select Buy Now and enter your payment information.
2.  You will then be routed to PayPal where you have the option of logging into your personal PayPal account, signing in as a guest, or creating a PayPal account. Enter your billing information, contact information, and a brief description of what you are purchasing (this information will be given to you by our representative).
3.  Review your payment information and billing address. Hit submit and Sweet Occasions will send you an invoice once the payment is processed.

Installment Payments

Sweet Occasions offers installment payments for most events and travel booked at least 45 days in advanced.  A non-refundable deposit of at least $50 per adult traveler must be paid to secure a reservation.  An invoice will be given or mailed once the initial deposit is received.  All subsequent invoices will be emailed.  If a customer would like to receive all of their invoices in a paper form, a charge of $1.50 per invoice will be added to that invoice.  Payments that are made after the scheduled payment due date may incur a processing or late fee and may risk the reservation being canceled.  If for any reason the payment cannot be made as scheduled, please contact one of our specialists by phone to establish a new payment arrangement.  Changes to an event or vacation can cause changes in pricing; therefore, it is important to speak with a specialist concerning any changes.  All events and vacations must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks before scheduled departure time.  Please refer to the service contract provided with the first invoice for detailed payment due dates, amounts, and final payment dates; change policies; and cancellation policies specific to your event or travel. 

Business Account
Your business is important to us.  Our business/corporate clients have the option of establishing a secure account with Sweet Occasions to ensure quick and convenient invoicing.  In your account, we will securely store the specifics of current and past events, special requests, as well as, payment information.  Business and corporate clients will receive a paper copy of the first and final invoices.  Subsequent invoices will be emailed to the contact person.  Each event will be individually invoiced with detail payment plans.
